Job Description:
Procurement Database Specialist will organize and track contracts and invoices for our municipal collaborations team
Responsibilities:
Input the sales and document information into our tracking system;
Review contracted vendor invoices for accuracy;
Assist with tracking and organization of contract information;
Assist in maintaining accurate records of all solicitations, responses and processes;
Assist in review of bids and proposals for responsiveness to minimum procurement requirements; and
Develop purchase orders and other documents as required.
